Tips on Food

Remember children learn by example so if you want your child to eat healthy,  you need to eat healthy. Do not encourage kids to drink their calories in juice, sports drinks, or sodas. Try avoiding serving breads, crackers, and sweets for snacks instead consider veggies or fruits as healthy snack options. Teaching healthy eating habits will help prevent many chronic health conditions!
